Cottesloe Beach Hotel – Perth
Perth in summer has lots of sun, great beaches and being on the west coast… sunsets over the water! A favourite pastime is the “Sunday Session”, where the locals often heads down to the pub on a Sunday afternoon. The ‘Cott’, as it is affectionately known, is probably the most popular sunday session spot in Perth. Luna Park – Sydney
A trip to Sydney, especially with kids, will almost always result in a visit to the popular Luna Park. Fortunately, for adults there is a great little bar situation within the Luna Park grounds which offers food and drinks with a great view back to the harbour.
Rooftop Cinema – Melbourne
In the heart of the Melbourne CDB, sitting on top of the Curtin House building, is the Rooftop Cinema (and bar). While the cinema program only runs in the summer months from December to March, the great views of the city makes this is a great place to have a drink any time of the year (yes they have outdoor heating in winter). The building is located at 252 Swanston St not far from the Bourke St Mall.

Located near the river on Federation Wharf next to Federation Square, the Riverland Bar and Café offers great river views with a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Watch rowing boats and river taxis fly by, over a glass of wine or an imported beer.
